Open invitation to a closer look at Civil War. Everyone is invited to attend all weekend events. Homeschoolers, schools, groups, clubs are encouraged to participate in History Tours beginning at the Registration Tent. Guests are invited to an interactive tour of the Park and enjoy historic interpretation of Civil War by visiting the Museum and talking with reenactors. Demonstrations of camp life, soldier instruction, period dance, and cannon firing
5:00PM—OPENING CEREMONY (Shelter A Scenic Overlook)
Enjoy a Community Picnic of Hotdogs, Popcorn, Drinks compliments of First Community Bank of the Heartland; Apples, Carmel, Cotton Candy compliments of Clinton Bank; Trail Mix and Balloons compliments of River Valley Ag. Opening Remarks by Hickman County Judge-Executive & Music Performance by the 52nd Regimental String Band. Opening Ceremony will close with an explosive display of Cannon Volleys. Ghost Walk is held in the Confederate Trenches at the conclusion of the Cannon Volleys (near Shelter B, left of Snack Shop).

9:00AM—Civil War Camps, Sutlery Shops, and Civil War Museum Opens. Visit the History Mobile onsite Saturday only.
10:00AM— Enjoy Cider & Cookies compliments of the Citizens Deposit Bank of Arlington and Bardwell
10:00AM— Snack Bar and Mini Golf Opens
10:00AM—1:30PM History Tours. (Log Shelter in Parking Lot) (Log Shelter, Parking Lot) Discover Trail of Tears, Forts, Redoubt, Historic and Nature Trails
11:00AM–Ladies Tea (Conference Center). Enjoy refreshments and a little downtime with special guests
12:00PM-Officers Call w/ Commanding Office /Reenactors Only (Museum Lawn)
1:30-Pre Battle Music & Commentary (Battlefield)
2:00PM-CIVIL WAR SKIRMISH (Battlefield) Please stay off the Battlefield during the skirmish. Enjoy a Music Performance with The Berryhills after the Battle (Museum Porch)
3:pm til close—Enjoy Snack Bar, Museum, Mini Golf, Sutlery Shops, Vendors, Trails, Scenic Overlooks, Setting Sunset. Tour the Park, Discover the Civil War Museum, Eat at any of the many Food Vendors and Shop Period Sutlers, Play Mini-Golf, and Take a History Tour, or Hike the Redoubts where soldiers once walked
4:pm-5:pm Reenactors Trade Blanket (Redoubt, near Museum) Buy, Sell, Trade—Period items only
7:30PM-Beautiful Belle and Handsome Gent contest (Shelter B)
8:00PM-CIVIL WAR BALL (Shelter B) Enjoy Music and Dance instruction by the 52nd Regimental String Band. During Intermission—Best Beard and Scraggly Beard Contest
Park Gates Close at 11:00PM. All vehicles must be removed from Parking Lot
8:30AM—Period Worship Service (Shelter A Scenic Overlook)

10:00AM—Memorial Service in Columbus Cemetery
10:am— Snack Shop & Mini Golf Opens
