I'm so excited to announce a new retreat offering for Fall 2018!
I heard loud and clear that there is a demand for local weekend yoga retreats. I'm honored to be collaborating with one of my best friends from college to deliver on this demand. Stacey is the sous chef for the popular Short & Main restaurant in Gloucester, Ma. She is also a yoga teacher, and the partner of the founder of Iron Ox farm, Topsfield, Ma.
We are combining my nutrition knowledge, with her impeccable culinary skills, adding in locally grown produce, and our combined yoga expertise to bring you a weekend of yoga and culinary delights.
This weekend retreat will nourish your body and soul. There's a connection between what we put into our bodies, and how we feel. Experiencing the yoga of cooking and mindful eating.
